How does shipping work?

Our company, for the fastest and best possible service to its customers, cooperates with the company Acs Courier for domestic shipments.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and the charges are as follows:

Cyprus

Shipping for shipments throughout CYPRUS cost €2.80 delivery fee: €2.80. ( Free shipping for orders over €70).

Greece and Abroad

€10.50 shipping for shipments throughout Greece and abroad (no cash on delivery for Greece and abroad)

Free shipping for orders over €150.

Orders are delivered with the cooperating Courier Company within 1-3 days for CYPRUS and within 2-3 days for FOR GREECE and for other foreign countries 5-10 days, if the products are immediately available from Monday to Friday, except for national or local holidays, sent to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

The delivery time is indicative, refers to working days from the date of delivery to the Courier company and may vary depending on the circumstances.

Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events, such as problems in the road network, severe weather phenomena, strikes, etc.

Returns & Exchanges

How do returns and repairs work?

Repairs 

The devices are received only in their original packaging, together with all the accessories that accompany it.

 Please note that the repair and any replacement of a part or the entire device is provided free of charge, only if the product has not been misused (broken by falling or damaged handling, fire, contact with liquids, opening of device by an unauthorized technician). Returns for which our company has not been informed or has not agreed, will not be accepted and will not be received.

If it is determined that the product is not defective and other factors are responsible for the problem that has been created, the product is returned to the customer with a shipping fee.

Exchanges

In case of a defective product, you must contact us at +357 95 95 77 89. The product is returned to the company at our expense and if it is found to be defective, we contact you for the immediate replacement of the product. If it is determined that the product is not defective and other factors are responsible for the problem that has been created, the product is returned to the customer with a shipping fee. 

In any other case of return, the customer is charged the transport costs of the return, as well as the shipping of the new products. Returns can be completed within 14 working days, after consultation at +357 95 95 77 89 or by e-mail at info@blsnails.com

It should be noted that the returned products should be very well packed and protected, so that there is no further damage during shipping, always accompanied by all documents (Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns for which our company has not been informed or has not agreed, will not be accepted and will not be received.

Repairs of products that fall within the warranty period of the devices are only made after telephone contact with us for their repair. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt or invoice and is valid for one year. You will be informed by telephone about the delivery time of the repaired product from our company, as soon as its damage has been established and repaired. Devices are only replaced if they cannot be repaired.
